Administrative Assistant
Organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports, presentations, and documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, sort mail, prepare invoices and offer general staff support.
Requeriments
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing, Excel, Power Point.
- Attention to detail.
- Multilingual may be preferred or required. (English and Spanish).
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
